  Staff member that looked like the Fat Controller was rude and impolite AF!!!
  
  Who actually knows the pin number on their credit card??? I sure don't, but you literally have to know your pin number on your credit card to hire a car from them! Don't know your pin number on your credit card??? NO CAR FOR YOU! NEXT!!!
  
  They can't swipe or take an imprint on your card and pay the deposit by EFTPOS... Oh no... they can't do that... that would be far too easy!!!
  
  Save yourself the time and aggravation and use another company...
