  I work for a Smash Repair Company and a customers vehicle was towed in after a accident. Customers vehicle had a Guardian Interlock on their vehicle which we had to get disarmed so as to carry out repairs. Spoke to Guardian about this, What a useless pack of people I have ever spoken to. Didn't know a thing about there system, accused me of trying to help the customer get the interlock off. The staff I spoke to were incompetent. I rang 15 different times to be told a total new thing every time. Useless; Useless; Useless.
