I don't know even 1 star is yet suitable. I bought off the plan 2 years back from them which is still not settled , not my primary concern. Since I am Vaastu person, I wanted north/east front aspect, which was confirmed before I signed the contract(didn't have direction pointed on the floor plan at the time of signing). Later, when I realised it was south west, it was too late. I would say they do not have simple idea about the direction and will not answer phone when you are following up to get things fixed.
